Concerts at IIE Gala on September 28 and at Rockwood Music Hall on October 8
André Carvalho, a 2014/2015 Portuguese Fulbright grantee who studied Jazz at Manhattan School of Music, and a few of his band members performed during the reception at IIE Gala on September 28. They will also perform at Rockwood Music Hall on October 8.
