Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and administered by the Institute of International Education, the Enrichment Seminars are an integral part of the Fulbright experience, benefit Fulbright foreign students and support the overall mission of the Fulbright Program – to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries.

Foi uma experiência muito positiva, de convívio com fulbrighters vindos de todo o mundo e de culturas muito diversas. Foi também uma ótima oportunidade para conhecer Portland, que é uma cidade muito agradável na costa oeste dos EUA, atualmente em crescimento e conhecida por ser a vanguarda do equilíbrio urbanístico, proteção do ambiente e qualidade de vida.
